Hey there, Drew! Love the peek into Peace South Africa. It's just like being there, but I can enjoy it from the comfort of home where I have running water and electricity. Todd forwarded me your original reports. Hope everything goes well for you, and please keep sharing your adventure.
Sorry to be slow to respond. I am working in a new role at the university and have lost a lot of my free time to a steep learning curve. What are you up to? Still playing guitar?
All is well. I am working as an accountant in a property management company in Michigan. (Still goof around with the guitar.) Coach basketball for little kids and read a lot. Todd and I are still good for weekly e-mails. Peace Corps sure has changed, hasn't it? Some of Drew's posts look like vacation vlogs.
Hey, Drew. The pleasure is mine. Truly enjoy your posts, and I didn't realize you were that good of a writer with all your agricultural and forestry interests. Michigan is wonderful right now, perfect sunny weathern, and all the good fruit and vegetable seasons right around the corner. I'm looking forward to peeking into a second Peace Corps tour through your blogs.
good to hear from you, Drew. Sorry I missed you in 2023. I hit Bethesda in May & October. Each nephew got married. My folks & I wish you well in South Africa. We'd like to send our Governor to visit you, permanently.
Love the pics and the description. Thanks for bringing us along for the ride. Looking forward to the next one... -sb
Thanks, Drew! What an adventure.

Hey Ken!
Hey there, Scott. This will be nice, kind of a mini-Peace Corps reunion with Drew at the hub. All well with you, I hope.

Hey, Russ. It's good to hear from you.
Say hi to your folks for me.
You send you Gov on the condition that he's good at conjugating irregular verbs and fills his carry-ons with blackboard erasers.
